For some clients we work with and complement their in-house expertise by bringing an alternative and more commercially minded focus; with others we provide interim support to allow the client to define how it will service its long term technology transfer needs. Depending on the needs and objectives of the client the level of support can vary from one-day a month, to one-day a week to two personnel working full-time. Support can be provided by a specific individual based at the client's site or through a team of experts.
